2014 Nissan GT-R 2dr Cpe Premium | 3.8L

WOW!!! Check out this. 2014 Nissan GT-R Premium Black 3.8L V6 DOHC Twin Turbocharged KBB Fair Market Range High: $69,862 16/23mpg Reviews: * Stupefying acceleration; very high handling limits; easy to drive; high-quality and livable interior; bargain price. Source: Edmunds * The Nissan GT-R is the ultra-modern supercar, featuring an unmatched blend of technology, innovation, and soul. Press the Nissan GT-R accelerator and you feel the power of a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged 24-valve V6 engine. The 6-speed sequential dual-clutch transmission shifts as quickly as 0.15 seconds when in R-Mode and the electronically controlled All-Wheel Drive system provides up to 100% of available torque to the rear wheels, and can send up to 50% of torque to the front wheels. Stopping will not be a problem with massive 15.4 inch front rotors and 15.0 inch rear rotors, especially with a heat management system which uses diamond-pattern ventilation inside each disc to rapidly extract heat. Make a visual statement with powerful LED Daytime Running Lights. Plus, High Intensity Discharge headlights provide the GT-R with wider stronger illumination coverage. A series of composite panels beneath the Nissan GT-R keeps the underside clear of obstructions, creating down force that literally pulls the car to the road, reducing drag. The high-performance tires are filled with nitrogen, rather than conventional air, because nitrogen significantly reduces pressure changes during high-performance driving. The GT-R features bold interior touches like the black leather steering wheel, shift knob and emergency brake handle. The carbon-fiber and charcoal brushed-metal trim throughout, highlights the ergonomic, modern design of the performance cockpit. The GT-R also features heated front seats which are appointed with supple black leather, and distinctive synthetic suede inserts provide a striking contrast. While the driver's seat has 8-way power adjustability to ensure that all drivers will be comfortable behind the wheel. Protecting the most precious cargo, the Nissan Advanced Air Bag System (AABS) includes dual-stage supplemental front air bags with seat belt sensors. Also, roof-mounted curtain supplemental air bags provide head protection for outboard occupants. Source: The Manufacturer Summary Come on in to Ron Tonkin Kia in Gladstone to test drive today!

Editorial Description (provided by Chrome)

The Nissan GT-R is offered in Premium and Black Edition models, both powered by a special 3.8L twin-turbocharged V6, now making 545 horsepower and 463 pound-feet of torque. Power is put to all four wheels with a performance-oriented all-wheel drive system, and a 6-speed dual-clutch gearbox (with no actual clutch pedal) handles the shifting.

With the GT-R's 545 horsepower, the dash to 60 mph takes around three seconds, and top speed is a claimed 196 mph. Brakes are strong enough for secure stops from well into triple-digit speeds, and handling is enhanced by the variable-power-split all-wheel drive system. The ride is stiff, in a nod to this car's prioritization of performance above all else.

Inside, the GT-R feels snug, with a strong cockpit design. The driver sits low in rather narrow, well-bolstered sport seats, with a wide center console alongside. Steering wheel paddle shifters can command quick shifts, while center-stack controls are canted slightly toward the driver.

The GT-R has a very extensive list of features. Heated, leather-suede-trimmed seats, full power accessories, an Intelligent Key entry and ignition system, a navigation system with XM NavTraffic and NavWeather, a universal garage-door opener and Bluetooth hands-free phone connectivity are all included. Also included is a Bose sound system with nine speakers, two subwoofers, Bluetooth streaming audio and DVD playback capability, USB and iPod connectivity and XM satellite radio.

Priced about $10,000 above the $99,590 GT-R Premium, the Black Edition adds metallic black lightweight forged aluminum wheels, designed by RAYS, plus Recaro sport bucket seats and unique red and black interior trim.

There are few major options on the GT-R. A Cold Weather Package adds Dunlop run-flat tires and smoke-gray forged aluminum wheels. A backup camera is also available.
